However in the event of any suspected criminal or civil disputes we will retain the right to provide your details in order to prevent our privacy policy being used as a cover for inappropriate and suspicious actions.
2. We do not ask for any credit or debit card details to be completed online.

As we are acting in partnership with many UK main dealerships we will however pass your details onto the appropriate dealer if applicable once an enquiry has been received or agreement made in order to facilitate the supply of any new or used car. Equally we will also forward any details pertaining to a car finance plan to the appropriate finance house/broker.
4. We will equally make every effort to ensure that your contact details, e-mail address and any other personal information provided does not appear anywhere on our website. Whilst security systems are in place we do not at the same time provide a guarantee that any information either stored or received is 100% safe.

Should we receive comments from you in relation to our testimonials, car reviews or other areas of our site where we are asking you for feedback and views, we will in these instances publish very limited personal information on our website to verify the feedback authenticity. In these instances they will only include name, town or county of residence and date. Car reviews may also contain length of vehicle ownership and/or annual/total car mileage.
