Guarantees and Condition:
As all our new cars are sourced and supplied direct from UK main dealers each would come with a full UK warranty and breakdown cover if applicable. In most instances a minimum of 3 years parts and labour warranty is supplied for your complete peace of mind; however these may vary slightly for different manufacturers.
All of the nearly new cars supplied would carry the balance of the manufacturers warranty from date of registration and any used cars sold would carry a minimum of 1 year parts and labour warranty. All pre-owned vehicles would be fully HPI checked prior to sale and would be both reconditioned and delivered in a condition you would expect from a main UK franchised dealer.
7 Day Exchange Plan:
We understand that buying a car online may be a daunting experience and as such realise that the condition of every car supplied has to be of the highest level. We therefore pride ourselves in ensuring that your new car is delivered direct to your door in only the best condition.
However, should you have a valid reason not to be completely satisfied with your car once delivered, we will work with the supplying dealer to ensure that any problems are rectified. At this point if you are still not satisfied we will endeavour to exchange your car for a similar make or model located from our extensive sources within the first 7 days from the date of delivery.
